| Being Psychic |
|
I have struggled with the label Psychic for years! At one time I really respected and appreciated the label because it helped me understand some of the things that happened in my life. Many people have misused and abused the label for reasons that were not necessarily honorable; I attempted to distance myself from it altogether. I tried to stop using the gifts for a very long time. There is an old saying:
"Wherever you go you take you with you": and it is so true! I did take me with me and sometimes it is more difficult to pretend that I am not aware than it is to be aware!
I was different from the time I was a small child. I was, and am, very sensitive and aware; it has been very difficult to deal with at times (I will attach a definition of the word Sensitive at the end of this article so that you will have a greater understanding of what sensitive means; People have diverse ideas and definitions of what Psychic or Sensitive is). I was going to expand on this but this is about me, and hopefully this article will give you a clearer understanding of what being psychic means to me. I will go into the rest at a later time. I didn't want to be different; I wanted to fit in just like most kids and people do.
I am now more grateful and accepting of the gifts that I have. I am honored to have the opportunity to use those gifts to serve others. I have to admit there have been times that I do not like the things I feel or see. Occasionally I have seen or felt things about others that make me uncomfortable; over time I have learned to shut some of that out. I usually don't say anything about what I am sensing unless I am asked. These gifts seem to include some sort of wisdom and insight regarding what people are creating for themselves in their now and in their future, I offer guidance and suggestions that frequently contribute to people becoming happier
Sometimes just looking at things a bit differently can make a huge difference in our lives. There are times we are too close to a situation to see resolutions or to make sense of what we are experiencing. I seem to be able to help people adjust their dials and move into more creative successful places in their lives.
The bottom line is that I am here to help you to the best of my abilities; the end result depends on you. Let's make our world a better place!
